What is unique about Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga is its ability to help integrate body and mind. While much of our life focus is geared to thinking and doing, Kum Nye helps us shift toward experiencing and being. We learn presence, the ability to stay with, and appreciate the present moment in such a way that we shift from 'automatic' to alive. Combining mindfulness of body and feeling with simple movement practices, we gradually immerse ourselves into our own 'body of knowledge.'

The practice of Kum Nye, helps us harmonize and balance our energy, bringing us to awareness of our joyful nature, dissolving the inner tensions that hold us back from our purposefulness.
